bullet

We are happy to pre-register you over the phone.  Once we receive your deposit or full payment if you are pre-paying your registration will be complete and you will be fully registered.  We try to be as flexible as possible to meet all our students needs.  Remember your deposit is always refundable or transferable.  Be sure to note on the form that you pre-registered over the phone.

bullet

If your plans change, please contact the office as soon as possible.  We are happy to help you add a course, drop a course, change a course or request a refund.  This allows us to open spots up for other students in closed courses as well as give our instructors accurate rosters.

bullet

Courses may be combined or cancelled if sufficient enrollment is not met.    A minimum number of students is required for all courses.  We will contact all registrants as much in advance as possible if a course needs to be combined or cancelled.  We have a very, very low class cancellation rate.

bullet

Additional sections may be added if enrollment exceeds our maximum.  Once again, all registrants or those on the waiting list will be contacted as much in advance as possible.

bullet

Upon successful completion of an in-service course each student will be issued a certificate of completion in duplicate.  One student copy and one school district copy.  For Brooklyn College courses, a unofficial letter of completion can be issued or an official sealed transcript can be requested from Brooklyn College.  Forms are available on-site or by calling 631-473-8500.  You can also visit BC on the web at www.brooklyn.cuny.edu

bullet

Instructor biographies and course outlines are always available.  Call 631-473-8500 or e-mail your request to liips@optonline.net.

bullet

We can accept your registration over the phone, via e-mail or through the mail.  A $50.00 per course deposit is encouraged.  Remember...this deposit is always fully refundable/transferable. We hope this policy helps you in eliminating the need to wait to send in your registration while in the approval process with your School District.   Some of our In-Service courses and all of our Graduate courses have limited space or fill up quickly.  We know this is a concern for many of you.  Our goal is to help you ensure that you have space in the classes you wish to take.

Let us know if you are not completely satisfied.  We want to make your experience with us a good one!

Walk-on registration can only be accepted if space is available.
