This course is designed to assist educators in resetting their mindset after COVID and getting back into the classroom with ease.  Teachers will discuss strategies for reducing stress and anxiety and helping our students do the same.  A plethora of techniques from how to handle stress and anxiety, to how to use growth mindsets, to managing our inner voices will be shared.  This is a must for all teachers of all disciplines K-12.
