Course Description: Technology is ubiquitous for students. Oftentimes, however, without the proper guidance, it can be misguided and utilized ineffectively. This course will instruct teachers on creating a thoughtful and effective digital literacy platform for their students, one that focuses on critical thinking and ethical decision-making. Participants will analyze data, learn how to effectively use online tools for presentations, communication, and collaboration, and guide their students to understand the ethical implications of digital technologies and personal data.
