Class Description:

Mentoring programs are a powerful tool for fostering student growth and creating a supportive school culture.  They promote autonomy, strengthen emotional and academic development, and empower students to become agents of positive change.  In this course, you’ll learn how to design and implement a mentoring program tailored to your school’s unique needs.  We’ll explore multiple models-such as one-on-one, small group, peer-to-peer, and peer-to-faculty-so you can choose the best approach that works best for your community.  This course is ideal for teachers who want to build meaningful connections and drive student success.  A must for educators grades K-12.
