7 Effective Ways to Creating a Strong Classroom Community and Improve your School Climate

Your classroom is almost like an extension of your family. To create a strong community in your classroom takes hard work, skill, empathy and caring. To improve your school climate also takes just as much work and relationship-building. This course is designed to share strategies for creating strong classroom communities and improving the climate overall in your school. Educators will work on establishing expectations, celebrating diversity and inclusion, fostering open communication and encouraging collaboration. Teachers will walk away with a variety of skills for creating effective and powerful communities. This course is a must for educators grades K-12.
