Harnessing Student Energy: Creating a Roadmap for Productivity

Our students come to us with a plethora of energy each day. Unlocking the ways in which to convert this restlessness into productive learning is essential. This course will instruct educators on how to tame students’ fervor and channel their energies into something of substance. Topics of discussion include movement-based learning, maintaining structure, brain breaks, mindfulness exercises, communication, digital platforms, recharging students’ batteries, gamifying material, warm-up exercises, and weaving learning into everyday routines.
