This course introduces students to the rich diversity of cultures, traditions, beliefs, and experiences that shape our world. Through research, discussion, literature, media, and community connections, educators will help students explore how culture influences identity, communication, and relationships. Through this course, educators will learn to encourage empathy, critical thinking, and appreciation for diverse perspectives in their classrooms and in their school. This course is a must for all educators grades K-12.
