7 Effective Ways to Help All Students Build Attention Stamina and Improve Focus in the Classroom

With all the distractions in today’s society, how do we help our students focus? Building attention, stamina, and improving focus is a difficult task for educators. This course will work to share strategies on building, proper attention, stamina, and skills for helping our students focus day-to-day. We will discuss strategies from mindful practices, structured breaks, physical activities and engaging activities. Educators will fill their toolbox with a plethora of tips to help their students stay focused and responsive in the classroom. This course is a must for all educators grades K-12.
