Michelle Reimers

With over two decades of experience in education, I’ve dedicated my career to teaching and supporting students navigating mental health challenges. For the past 20+ years, I’ve taught 11th and 12th grade social studies, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of special educators, psychologists, and clinicians to meet the complex needs of our students. In addition to my classroom role, I’ve also spent years working as a behavioral consultant for children on the autism spectrum. Outside of teaching, I’m a mom of two, a nature lover, and a passionate foodie always on the hunt for a new restaurant to try. My approach to education is rooted in empathy, structure, and the belief that every student deserves to be seen, heard, and supported.
