Our biological bases of our moods can impact a slew of things in our lives and cause us to have ups and downs. This course will enhance all K-12 instructors as they will learn to manage any vulnerabilities that arise during the day. Participants will be able to understand their own moods, think more clearly, be more productive, and engage their students fully with an in-depth logical reasoning. Energy levels will be discussed as well as natural body rhythms and optimum mood regulation. A dynamic work environment will be had by all.
A must for K-12 educators!!!!
