Teaching the Multi-Cultural Classroom with Poverty in Mind
Many local districts are dealing with poverty and multi cultural differences in the classroom. It is important to learn and understand these differences and find a way to relate to your students in ways that are meaningful to them. One major challenge is how to design a learning experience with your curriculum that that is reflective of the multicultural, economical and learning differences in each classroom. Teachers will explore and create lessons that are driven to meet the multitude of needs in each classroom. Suitable all Educators K – 12.
