Course Description: Effective classroom discussion is one of the most powerful tools for building critical thinking skills, deepening comprehension, and supporting student voice. Integrating meaningful discussion into the classroom is tantamount to student success. Promoting constructive conversations into all disciplines is integral and allows students to flourish.  Through a combination of research based learning and reflective practice, participants will explore what high-quality dialogue looks like as well as design prompts that spark inquiry and guide rigorous and engaging learning.
