RESTORE: Morale and Positivity in your Workplace

Morale refers to the spirit of enthusiasm of a person or group of people at a particular time. Research shows that morale has a contingent affect on productivity in the workplace. As educators, there are things we can do and steps we can take to RESTORE morale in ourselves and in our environment. Boosting morale and positivity will enable us to be happier, more productive teachers.
