Dr. Sabrina Caminero is a dedicated educator and administrator currently serving as an administrator at Nassau BOCES (Board of Cooperative Educational Services) in New York. With over a decade of experience in education, Sabrina’s journey has been shaped by her unwavering commitment to student success and cultivating inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Sabrina’s dedication to enhancing teacher well-being and educational outcomes led her to pursue a Doctorate in Education. In May 2023, she successfully defended her dissertation titled “Professional Learning Communities and Teacher Burnout: Strategies for Sustainable School Improvement.” This research explores the critical intersection between collaborative professional development structures and teacher resilience within school communities.

Beyond her administrative responsibilities, Sabrina remains engaged in research, mentorship, and professional development initiatives aimed at advancing educational equity and excellence. She believes that every student deserves access to high-quality education and every educator deserves support to thrive in their profession.
