Jennifer Rommel
Hi! I am Jennifer Rommel and I have been teaching Special Education for 18 years. I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary and Special Education with a minor in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College. I went on to earn a Masters degree from Stony Brook University in Liberal Studies. I have 14 years experience on the secondary level and currently 4 years in elementary. Teaching Special Education has provided me the opportunity to be in many subject areas over the years and work with a multitude of disabilities. Aside from teaching in a district, I have been working with LIIPS for several years now and love it! Working with other professionals and helping them to advance in their careers is very rewarding.
In my personal life, I have been married for 10 years and have 2 beautiful little girls (8 & 6). I am a cancer survivor! And that has taught me that all I need is my family. Therefore, my only hobby is coming home after work and being with my girls.
I sincerely hope you enjoy my courses and learn from them.
Jennifer Rommel
